Meetings with the key persons
Companies striving to promote their drugs either through regional reimbursement, or through centralized purchases to hospitals and departmental institutions, will benefit from negotiations with decision-makers. However, sometimes the company doesn’t have access to these persons, or relations with the key persons have been spoiled earlier. The other issue is a lobby of competitors – direct or implicit.
What can we do?
- We will arrange individual meetings with reps of the regional healthcare institutions, chief specialists, distributors, reps of purchase committees, pharmacy chains.
- A meeting can be organized in any available format, it can be arranged either by our independent company, or by the Client, any issues can be discussed at the meeting: organization of educational events under the support of the key persons, joint promotions and events, single or continuous drug purchases to a particular institution, inclusion of drugs in the regional reimbursement, etc.
Events for physicians
Every year pharmaceutical companies organize hundreds of events, often physicians and pharmacists find these events similar, and companies find it more difficult to distinguish themselves from competitors. Moreover, companies have internal restrictions regarding certain events and etiquette specifics.
What can we do?
- We will organize and hold information and educational events: consultation boards, scientific conferences, regional round tables and regional launches. During these events we inform participants about market trends, changes in prescriptions, legislation, approaches to purchase and many other things by means of using materials from different sources.
We can invite any physicians and administrators to events – everything depends on the Client’s issues. We can engage KOLs of both regional and federal levels in these events.
- We will hold events with account of all requirements and collect feedback for evaluation of event efficiency. Additionally, we can carry out post-call (in two-three weeks after the event) in order to understand and evaluate event usefulness for participants and detect possible changes in the structure of their practice.
